Types of NZRCA Membership
When a second division member has won the 'break open' amount in a second division event.
Current 'break open' amount is Bull/Steer Ride $2500, Barrel Race $3000, Bareback, Saddle Bronc, Steer Wrestling, Rope & Tie, Team Roping $1500
2ND DIVISION - $140 After 1st September $154
15 years of age plus as of May 1 of the current season
JUNIOR - (Under 15 as at 1/5/18, non points) $50 After 1st September $55
Under 15 years of age as of May 1 of the current season
In order to contest second division events the contestant must apply to the board for dispensation to compete. Once granted points will not count towards National Standings
CALF RIDER - (No magazine) - Free
This is an event for Children under 50 kg male or female
INTRODUCTORY - $70 After 1st September $77
New contestants over 15 years of age
Only available for the first year of membership
NON CONTESTANT - $140 After 1st September $154
A non-contestant receives entry into all rodeos around New Zealand
2ND DIVISION - $140 After 1st September $154
