Nominations for the South Island Club Director and Riding Event Director closed on the 31st of May 2018.
One nomination was received for the South Island Club Director. Therefore Marty Deans is elected to this position.
Two nominations were received for the Riding Event Director
James Adam and Harold O'Grady
Therefore an election has to be held. As per 3.2.2 of the Constitution, Event Directors are elected by postal ballot of all financial contestant members. All contestant members of the 2018/2019 year are eligible to vote. Voting papers are being sent out with 2018/2019 membership cards as they are processed. Voting closes 5th July 2018, the scrutineer is Jason Cook from JW Smeaton.
